Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 5–7 years of overall data analysis experience, including 1–2 years of experience in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) or Sustainability Analytics.
The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and reporting sustainability data to support business decisions and ESG reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and consolidate ESG and sustainability data.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track sustainability performance.
• Work with sustainability metrics, including energy consumption, carbon emissions, waste, and water usage.
• Support ESG reporting, data quality checks, and data reconciliation.
• Collaborate with business, sustainability, and technology teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve data management and automate recurring reports.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of overall Data Analysis experience.
• 1–2 years of hands-on ESG / Sustainability Analytics experience.
• Strong data analysis and data validation skills.
• Experience with ESG reporting and sustainability metrics.
• Knowledge of dashboards, reporting, and KPI development.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify actionable insights.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
