The Role

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and contribute to the store's success.
• Assist with personnel management, including scheduling, recruitment support, and onboarding new employees.
• Take shared responsibility for optimizing sales strategies for a constantly changing product range.
• Oversee store presentation, including ordering processes, visual merchandising compliance, and daily operational tasks.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on performance reviews and store development discussions.

What You'll Need

• A completed vocational training qualification, ideally with prior experience in a similar retail role.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Availability to work 5 days per week, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Good communication skills to motivate the team and provide constructive feedback.
• Willingness to undergo an 8-week comprehensive training program.
