High School Diploma Nice to Have Skills & Experience CCNA Job Description Insight Global is searching for an IT Specialist Mid to join one of our largest federal clients. Responsibilities will include hut are not limited to:
  • Support information engineers across coding, testing, implementation, and documentation efforts.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement IT solutions using appropriate software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Partner with customers to understand business needs, technical environments, and strategic objectives.
  • Define project scope, plans, requirements, and deliverables; confirm and prioritize them with stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and IT requirements to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to support system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions.
  • Monitor performance using defined metrics and resolve business or technical issues as they arise.
  • Prepare and maintain system, security, integrity, and business continuity documentation.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices; contribute to special studies as needed.
  • Apply specialized IS expertise (e.g., data engineering, integration, legacy systems, or domain‑specific knowledge).
  • Maintain required OEM network support and OS/Application certifications Compensation: $28.03/hr to $31.12/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
