Mechanical Project Manager – LondonSalary: £75,000 – £80,000 benefits I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing M&E contractor, working across commercial projects in London.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys having real ownership of their projects and wants to be involved from the initial planning and procurement stages right through to successful completion.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full delivery of mechanical projects, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, main contractors, clients and consultants to make sure everything is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. The RoleYou’ll be responsible for:

Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction/planning through to completion Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers Managing procurement and ensuring materials and resources are available when required Working closely with main contractors, clients and consultants Monitoring project programmes, budgets and overall performance Managing quality and ensuring works are completed to the required specification Attending site and project meetings and providing regular updates to stakeholders Identifying and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle Building strong working relationships with clients, contractors and project teams What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone with: 4–5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Project Manager Strong experience delivering commercial mechanical projects Experience working within an M&amp;E contractor environment Good knowledge of project delivery from planning through to completion Strong communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving A commercially aware and organised approach What’s on Offer?<br />£75,000 – £80,000 salary, depending on experience 25 days annual leave bank holidays Private healthcare Gym membership contribution Travel expenses paid If you're an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking for your next opportunity in London and want to work for a contractor where you can take ownership of your projects, please submit your CV today
