Job Description

Agentic AI Engineer – Agent SDK & Developer Enablement

Location: Oaks, PA
Long-Term Contract
Experience: 10+ Years
Work Model: Hybrid – Onsite from Day 1

 

We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and build an internal Agent SDK and developer platform that enables engineering teams to rapidly build, test, deploy, and monitor production-grade AI agents.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop multi-language Agent SDKs with model integration, tracing, identity, guardrails, memory, and retrieval.
  • Own SDK/API design, versioning, backward compatibility, packaging, and releases.
  • Build interfaces for agent memory, session state, and RAG/retrieval.
  • Develop project scaffolding/templates with pre-configured SDK, CI/CD, evaluation, containers, and deployment.
  • Build automated LLM/Agent evaluation and quality gates within CI/CD.
  • Enable production patterns including tool/function calling, structured output, streaming, retries, and provider fallbacks.

 

Required Skills

  • 3+ years hands-on Agentic AI/LLM application development using LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Microsoft Agent Framework, or equivalent.
  • 6+ years software engineering with strong experience in C#, Python, Java, and/or TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • 3+ years building SDKs/libraries consumed by other engineering teams, including API design, versioning, and package management.
  • Experience with LLM evaluation, RAG, agent memory, vector/search backends, and production LLM patterns.
  • Strong CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and OpenTelemetry.
  • Daily experience with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
  • Strong developer experience mindset with proven ability to build reusable tooling, templates, and developer platforms.
