SEN / SEND Tutor | Bridgwater, United Kingdom | Hybrid | £28 - £35 per hour

We are seeking passionate SEN/SEND Tutors and Teachers to join a dynamic, impact-driven community dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference in a flexible, supportive environment.

The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 - KS5, planned and delivered in a flexible, trauma-informed manner.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with schools and local authorities to improve educational standards for vulnerable learners.
• Engage with learners who have MLD, SLD, PMLD, and other additional educational needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (can be facilitated) and 2+ professional references.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
