Are you a data-driven leader who is energized by the chance to create new products and analytics to power strategic decision making for a high growth business? This high impact role is for you. We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Intelligence Product Manager to join the Enterprise Creativity & Productivity Customer Intelligence (CI) team. Our Enterprise Creativity & Productivity business is growing rapidly and represents over $3B+ across our flagship Creative Cloud and Document Cloud offerings. The CI team plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of this business by providing the critical systems, tools, and insights that our Sales and Post-Sales Field teams need to make our customers successful.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to translate their goals into defined requirements, KPIs, and metrics, owning each request from intake and prioritization through delivery
- Build data visualization wireframes and translate requirements into user stories in Jira, working closely with Data Engineers and BI developers
- Own project management for select priority initiatives, ensuring effective cross-team collaboration and on-time delivery against deadlines
- Provide user support by triaging user-reported bugs, dashboard access requests, and other end-user issues across all users of the CI team's reporting solutions
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of total work experience, including 3+ years in product management, preferably in the data analytics or Business Intelligence space.
- Strong experience building product wireframes for data visualization products
- Proficiency in SQL and comfort querying cloud data warehouses
- Demonstrated ability to build alignment and communicate effectively with a varied group of user stakeholders, translating business and stakeholder requirements into clear technical specifications
- Practical experience with agile or scrum product development leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Proven ability to support multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Experience with Power BI or an equivalent Business Intelligence platform is a huge plus
- Direct experience working with sales, sales operations or post sales teams is a huge plus
- Experience using AI to automate product workflows and accelerate delivery is a plus.
