Salesforce Technical Product Owner (Fulltime -Huston, TX) || TCS

● 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical PM in Salesforce projects

● Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, and LWC

● Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, user story writing, and acceptance criteria

● Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) and data migration concepts

● Familiarity with Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data Governance

● Experience with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/Agentforce

● Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory); Platform App Builder or Business Analyst certification preferred

 

● Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

● Collaborate with business, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

● Support integration, data migration, and platform enhancement initiatives.

● Drive Agile ceremonies, release planning, and stakeholder communication.

● Leverage AI tools to improve story creation, documentation, and delivery efficiency.
