Description:

Contract compliance and pricing requirements:

• Requires candidates to manage contract and pricing information within ERP systems.
• Candidates need strong presentation, communication, and effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with SQL, Ariba sourcing, and S4 contract modules is preferred.
• Top hard skills include ERP experience, P2P process knowledge, and contract management expertise.

Material master data requirements:

• Requires support for material master data across ECC and S4 systems.
• The role requires fluency in MDG SAP, ECC, and S4 systems.
• Top hard skills include ERP experience, master data knowledge, and Google application familiarity.
• Around 5 years of experience is preferred, prioritizing system knowledge and analytical skills.

Required Skills:

• Experience required in MDG, FIORI and SAP S4
• Experience with SQVI
• Experience with Contract and Pricing Data Management in SAP
• Functional project lead for design, test and post Go-Live Support for major SAP implementations including R15D, R18 and Reverse 2.0
• Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to operate / lead cross functional teams
• Ensure article and data attributes are properly set up and document changes based on test results.
• Manage daily process of article add and update to ensure SLAs are met and all data elements are properly maintained prior to system processing
• Manage quality and development system updates from the production reference system and make updates as necessary
• Run weekly reports for data validation between SAP regions to ensure data accuracy
• Run monthly reports to identify adds / updates for articles, vendors, sites (direct and indirect) and pricing updates by category
• Provide user community and management with key status reports BA or BS in Finance, Business or related fields
• Proficient in SAP - Strong quantitative, analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Strong data analysis, forensics, query experience with large amounts of data.
• Strong Project management skills
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in G Suite applications.
