Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing quality, MRB, RCCA, CAPA, or related quality engineering functions.
• Experience supporting non-conformance management and quality improvement initiatives in manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and quality management systems.

Technical Expertise

• MRB Disposition and Non-Conformance Management.
• Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
• Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Shop Floor Production Support.
• Composite Manufacturing Processes.
• Honeycomb Manufacturing Processes.
• Defect Analysis and Pareto-Based Improvement Reviews.

Experience within aerospace manufacturing environments, including exposure to:
