We are expanding our outreach and are looking for a motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Associate in our Government Outreach team, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with key NJ state departments, including Police, Fire, Municipal, Public Works, and more.

Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to schedule information sessions, where our field marketers can present our life-saving programs and secure preregistrations. it’s an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those who serve our community. Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted prospects to generate new business opportunities. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Utilize market insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and materials. Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines. Uphold all marketing related SOP’s
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in marketing or sales role (preferred)
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
