Digital Business Analyst

You'll be part of the Digital team, working closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, Product Owners and stakeholders across the business. The team plays a key role in delivering digital initiatives and improving the way our teams, systems and processes support the broader business. You'll work collaboratively across different areas to understand business needs, solve problems and help deliver practical outcomes.

About the role

As a Digital Business Analyst, you'll work closely with project and product teams to understand business needs, define requirements and support the delivery of digital initiatives. You'll facilitate discovery and scoping sessions, analyse business and commercial information, identify opportunities for improvement and translate complex requirements into clear, practical solutions. You'll also support testing, change and implementation activities while working with stakeholders at all levels to ensure solutions deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Selection criteria

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a Digital or Ecommerce environment, with previous experience in retail or FMCG highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting and managing business requirements, developing user stories and functional specifications, and translating business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and business processes, identify trends and opportunities, and make recommendations based on commercial and business impacts.
• Proven ability to facilitate discovery sessions, workshops and stakeholder meetings, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working collaboratively with Program Managers, Project Managers, Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, make informed decisions around requirements, scope and prioritisation, and work effectively across multiple projects and initiatives.
