What You'll Do

• Manage and grow relationships with an existing client base
• Supervise team activity and results
• Train and mentor new team members
• Track daily field activity in Salesforce
• Work in-office

What We're Looking For

• Sales or customer service experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and community-minded
• CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)
