Active Secret IT Support Specialist - Windows, Mac, Linux

STR is seeking an IT Support Specialist with ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE to join a mission-driven, technical environment. You will provide front-line IT support, assisting local and remote staff, and collaborating with a dedicated IT team to keep systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Linux, configuring devices, managing AD accounts, and maintaining ITSM records. On-call support and onboarding/offboarding for staff and interns are also involved.
