Job Description
- Lead end-to-end Workday Payroll gap analysis, requirements validation, and functional assessment, with a strong focus on Canada Payroll processes and compliance requirements.
- Act as the internal Workday Payroll SME and client advocate, partnering with business stakeholders and the implementation/vendor team to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions.
- Review and validate vendor configurations, functional designs, and implementation deliverables within the Workday tenant, identifying discrepancies and providing clear, actionable correction requests.
- Drive issue identification, testing, and resolution validation, ensuring vendor fixes accurately meet business, payroll, functional, and operational requirements.
- Must have strong hands-on Workday Payroll experience with proven Canada Payroll expertise, preferably gained in a Workday implementation/consulting environment, with the ability to work independently and challenge vendor solutions when needed.
