Senior Software Engineer

Vantor is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build modern web applications, APIs, and data driven solutions. You will own features end to end, from architecture and implementation to deployment in scalable cloud environments. Working in agile, client facing teams, you'll mentor engineers, improve code quality, and champion best practices in testing, DevOps, and automation. You'll collaborate closely with product and stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable, maintainable software that powers measurable digital transformation for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and APIs
• Architect scalable, cloud native solutions for client projects
• Collaborate with product, design, and client stakeholders to refine requirements
• Implement robust automated testing and code quality practices
• Own features end to end from design through deployment and monitoring
• Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews and pairing
• Contribute to Dev
• Ops and CI/CD improvements for faster, safer delivery
• Participate in agile ceremonies and help continuously improve team practices
