The U.S. Compliance team is revamping procedures in response to OFSI expectations and broader regulatory updates. This role will support the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) program, including documentation updates, training materials, process mapping, and evidence collection. The team is shifting toward daily use of AI tools (including Copilot) to streamline workflows, enhance data analysis, and improve documentation quality. Familiarity with GRC tools—especially Archer—is an advantage.
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Compliance Analyst to provide support to the U.S Compliance team. This role will assist with regulatory compliance activities, documentation, tracking, reporting, and coordination across internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and brings strong attention to detail when handling compliance-related information.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the U.S. Compliance team with day-to-day program activities, including tracking, documentation, follow-ups, and status updates for its 2026 priorities.
· Assist with managing a Regulatory Compliance Management lifecycle which includes maintaining compliance records, inventories, issue logs, action plans, and related evidence in internal systems or repositories.
· Coordinate with business partners and internal stakeholders to collect information, confirm updates, and support timely completion of compliance deliverables.
· Prepare materials, summaries, meeting notes, and reporting inputs for compliance leadership or project meetings.
· Review information for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established procedures.
· Support process improvement efforts by identifying gaps, documenting procedures, and helping organize compliance artifacts.
· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with appropriate care and professionalism.
Critical Skills / Must-Haves:
1. Communication skills — strong written communication and clear verbal communication when coordinating with stakeholders.
2. AI & Copilot proficiency — ability to create effective prompts and use AI tools daily to support documentation, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
3. GRC systems experience — familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance tools; ability to navigate systems and perform administrative tasks accurately.
4. Regulatory change management — experience supporting change processes, including identifying new laws/regulations, understanding impacts, and helping drive updates under guidance.
5. Regulatory compliance fundamentals — ability to interpret compliance requirements, follow procedures, and work within a regulated framework.
6. 1–3 years regulatory or change management experience — familiarity with compliance workflows; able to manage administrative tasks and support change execution.
7. Organizational skills — ability to manage competing priorities, track multiple workflows, and maintain structured compliance artifacts.
8. Confidentiality & professionalism — handles sensitive regulatory information with discretion and care.
Nice to Have Skills
1. Archer experience — hands-on familiarity with Archer workflows, evidence management, and risk scoring.
2. Project management exposure — understanding timelines, requirements, and execution; ability to support planning and coordination.
3. Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) systems experience — familiarity with tools such as Archer, ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, or internal compliance repositories.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; open to strong candidates without a degree who have relevant experience.
