Job Description
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with expert-level mastery of Python, object-oriented programming, and concurrent code patterns like asyncio .
- Deep experience building scalable microservices and production-grade enterprise backends using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Proven track record architecting distributed systems using event-driven tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ alongside robust RESTful and gRPC APIs.
- Expertise in advanced database management including query optimization for relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB) systems.
- Extensive cloud infrastructure experience designing and deploying robust architectures natively on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Strong DevOps mindset with production deployment experience utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and automated CI/CD workflows.
- Deep understanding of system observability through the implementation of structured logging and tracking using Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Demonstrated technical leadership by defining system roadmaps, enforcing high code quality ( pytest ), and mentoring senior engineering talent.
