The Role

• Manage credit and collections activities, impacting growth and revenue through daily customer communication and account collection.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a servant's heart, ensuring positive experiences in-store and in customers' homes.
• Participate in deliveries and pickups, safely and compliantly loading/unloading and installing products.
• Maintain an inviting and organized store environment through effective merchandising and cleanliness.

What You'll Need

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
