The Role

• Deliver exceptional customer service and identify client needs, offering guidance on appropriate financial solutions.
• Proactively identify referral opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
• Guide customers with banking transactions, recommending digital and self-serve options for a seamless experience.
• Engage customers in needs-based conversations to address everyday banking plans and credit card requirements.
• Support branch operations, including service requests and application follow-ups.
• Contribute to meeting branch business objectives and enhancing the customer experience.

What You'll Need

• 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales roles with a passion for delivering a personalized experience.
• Basic understanding of specialized sales and business banking solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for listening, problem-solving, and adapting to new challenges.
