Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Elixir Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Elixir, Phoenix Framework, OTP, distributed systems, REST APIs, microservices, databases, messaging platforms, and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Elixir and Phoenix Framework.
• Build scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available applications leveraging the BEAM VM.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Design and implement database schemas, queries, and data models.
• Implement concurrent and distributed applications using OTP, GenServer, and Supervisors.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Develop integrations with Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and other messaging platforms.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, DevOps engineers, and product teams.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, production support, and technical design discussions.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Follow Agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
