Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Hoboken, NJ.

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of strategic business initiatives, proposals, and cross-functional projects. This role serves as a central point of communication among stakeholders, ensuring projects remain on track, resources are aligned, and deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience managing multiple priorities, driving collaboration across teams, and improving processes that support business growth and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals, deadlines, and expectations are achieved
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation
• Partner with business leaders to develop client-facing materials, presentations, and strategic deliverables
• Manage internal resource libraries, templates, and knowledge-sharing tools
• Analyze project outcomes and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Provide regular project updates and communicate risks, challenges, and recommendations to leadership

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management, business operations, proposal management, account management, or related experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and driving projects to completion
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting business development, client services, proposals, or strategic initiatives
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, or other collaboration and reporting tools
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and project management best practices
• Experience developing presentations, project communications, or executive-level materials

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
