Test Technician - Contract To Hire
An electronic component manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Test Technician in the Lilburn, GA area who will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) for various industries, including aerospace and defense. 
Shift of the Test Technician:
7:00AM - 3:30PM
Pay Rate of the Test Technician:
$25-$33/hr
Responsibilities of the Test Technician:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot various test equipment including ICT and FCT.
• Read and interpret schematics and engineering work instructions for accurate testing.
• Document and report test failures to support root cause analysis.
• Maintain accurate test records and documentation in compliance with AS9100D.
• Support first article inspection and new product introduction test activities.

Qualifications of the Test Technician:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3+ years of experience in PCBA or electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Familiarity with basic test and measurement equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
