The Role

• Service customer needs and provide recommendations on wireless plans and services.
• Develop new consumer and business accounts through proactive outreach.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during and after the sale to build lasting relationships.
• Stay current on the latest technology products and services to offer informed solutions.
• Recommend improvements and changes to products and services based on customer feedback.

What You'll Need
