The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location. • Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles. • Manage your own stock and complete necessary reporting efficiently. • Represent the company with pride, engaging positively with customers and providing advice. • Adapt to daily challenges and think on your feet to ensure the best customer outcomes. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • A valid UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points. • Excellent communication and customer service skills to build rapport and trust.
