Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic, result-driven, and highly experienced Senior Business Development Managers (International Sales) to spearhead Cadeploys expansion in the USA, Australia.
The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of proven experience in international sales in any service industry (preferably structural steel, BIM, EPC, or related services. Other profiles are also welcome), excellent client relationship skills, and an exceptional ability to close high-value deals. This is a leadership role requiring strong ownership, strategic vision, and hands-on sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Drive sales growth across assigned regions (USA & Canada, ANZ & Europe) by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities.
- Client Acquisition: Build strong client pipelines, acquire new customers, and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute region-specific go-to-market and business development strategies aligned with Cadeploys global vision.
- Partnerships: Forge strategic alliances with EPCs, Steel Fabricators, Engineering Firms, and Contractors in their assigned or target regions.
- Revenue Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed international sales and revenue goals.
- Negotiations & Closures: Handle end-to-end client negotiations, proposals, and contract closures.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to assigned regions for client meetings, presentations, trade shows, and conferences.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline, forecasts, competitor intelligence, and market dynamics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, project delivery, and leadership teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of International Business Development & Sales experience (North American, Europe/UK, Australia experience only)
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in acquiring large clients and meeting international revenue targets.
- Global Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of international business development strategies, cross-cultural sales practices, and global contracting models.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
- Negotiation Skills: Expertise in handling high-value contracts, commercial negotiations, and client relationships.
- Flexibility: Open to frequent international travel and working across time zones.
Location: Base office in Hyderabad
