The Role

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations for unique, high-demand roofing solutions.
• Utilize innovative software for precise project measurements and assessments.
• Perform damage assessments through ladder or attic inspections.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet homeowner needs and exceed sales targets.
• Focus on closing deals with pre-qualified, one-call-close appointments.
• Attend team meetings for strategy and preparation.

What You'll Need

• Midday, evening, and weekend availability.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to travel to and from in-home appointments.
• A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.
• No prior sales or construction experience is required, as full training is provided.
