Join a team of 12 inside sales engineers at a growing casting and machining company with production booked out a year. You will own a market segment, quote parts, and grow accounts in aerospace, defense, petrochemical, and industrial equipment. The company has excellent training, profit sharing, and a culture where vacations are real vacations.

Must-Haves

• BS in Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering
• 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role
• Background in casting, machining, metals, or materials processing
• Strong phone, written, and computer skills, and comfortable calling customers

What You'll Do

• Build quotes and proposals for custom cast and machined parts
• Manage your customers' accounts and become an expert in their business
• Partner with field and territory sales to grow revenue (75% existing accounts, 20% expansion, 5% new business)
• Take projects through the full sales cycle
• Work across engineering, production, and quality to get customers answers
• Travel about once a quarter
