Job Description
Finance Transformation Manager - 12m Contract - Consulting - Oracle Fusion
London Hybrid Working
Rate £800-£900 per day depending on experience
We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to join a major transformation programme within a leading Alternative Investment firm.
Our Client is particularly seeking someone from a top-tier management consultancy (ex Big 4, Accenture, McKinsey etc) who has moved beyond advisory work and has a strong track record of personally driving complex finance transformation programmes through to delivery.
The Role
The immediate focus will be a major Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, acting as the internal delivery lead and working closely with the implementation partner, Finance and Technology teams.
You will:
- Drive the programme through design, testing, data migration, cutover and stabilisation
- Manage the integrated plan, key milestones, dependencies, risks and issues
- Hold the implementation partner and internal stakeholders accountable for delivery
- Work closely with senior Finance and Technology stakeholders
- Support the wider Finance Transformation agenda across processes, controls, data and operating model
The Candidate
We are particularly interested in candidates with:
- A strong management consulting background - Big Four, Accenture, McKinsey, BCG, Bain or similar
- Experience delivering complex Finance Transformation programmes
- Strong ERP transformation/implementation experience; Oracle Fusion exposure would be highly advantageous
- Experience within financial services, ideally private markets, asset management or investment management
- Excellent project management, organisation and senior stakeholder management skills
- The ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous programmes and drive delivery
An accounting qualification would be useful but is not essential - this is fundamentally a transformation and delivery role rather than a technical accounting position.
Previous experience working directly within Private Equity or private markets would be a significant advantage.
Please get in touch for a confidential discussion and further details.
We are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs. We're committed to protecting the privacy of all our candidates and clients, please visit and for our privacy policy.
