Description

• Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding to the ledger.
• Reconcile supplier statements to maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with payment runs, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Handle purchase ledger queries from suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate and organised records of all transactions.
• Support month-end processes by preparing ledger reports.
• Assist with any ad hoc financial tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Finance Officer should have:

• Previous experience in purchase ledger or a similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence in using financial software and spreadsheets.
• Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and colleagues.
• A proactive attitude to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
