Electronics Repair Technician

TD Synnex seeks an Electronics Repair Technician II to diagnose, repair, and test electronic hardware used in enterprise IT environments. You'll troubleshoot down to component level, perform board-level repairs, and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards. Collaborate with software and IT teams to resolve complex issues, document findings, and maintain accurate service records. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electronic hardware to component or board level
• Perform functional testing, calibration, and quality checks on repaired devices
• Use diagnostic tools and schematics to identify root causes of failures
• Document repairs, parts used, test results, and update service tickets
• Follow ESD, safety, and quality standards in all repair activities
• Collaborate with IT and software teams on complex hardware issues
• Support continuous improvement of repair processes and workflows
• Maintain inventory accuracy for replacement parts and tools
• Assist with installation, configuration, and basic setup of IT hardware
• Provide technical input on recurring issues and product reliability trends
