Role: Senior RPA UiPath Systems Analyst

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Austin, TX 78744 (Onsite)

Note: This role requires onsite presence 4–5 days per week. Candidates must reside in the Austin area and be authorized to work in the U.S. 

Summary:

• Own and administer the enterprise UiPath platform, including governance, security, licensing, upgrades, and operational support.
• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent automation technologies.
• Establish, mature, and lead an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) to standardize automation delivery and governance.
• Evaluate, pilot, and introduce new UiPath capabilities, including AI-powered and agentic automation features.
• Lead automation initiatives from discovery through deployment, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.
• Facilitate workshops and gather business, functional, and technical requirements to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Develop automation roadmaps, delivery standards, reusable components, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, analysts, and technical teams to successfully deliver automation projects.
• Establish metrics, reporting, and performance indicators to measure automation adoption, benefits realization, and program effectiveness.

 Minimum Yrs of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in systems analysis, business systems support, software development, automation delivery, or related technology roles
• 5 years of experience facilitating workshops and gathering business, functional, and technical requirements
• 5 years of experience leading complex technology implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
• 4 years of development experience in RPA development with UiPath
• 4 years of experience administering UiPath Orchestrator and enterprise UiPath environments

 Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• UiPath Certified Professional certification.
• Experience establishing or leading an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Experience with intelligent document processing, AI Center, agentic automation, process mining, or workflow automation technologies.
• Experience utilizing Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Experience creating governance frameworks, roadmaps, and operational metrics.
