Thermal Validation Engineer

Required: Hands-on laboratory testing and thermal validation experience with electromechanical and telecom products.
Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Prepare test setups, test flows, and test coverage for new products.
• Perform thermal validation of electromechanical, telecom, and networking equipment.
• Experience with power management, heat sink development, and fan speed testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of telecom test standards, including GR and NEBS.
• Set up prototypes for thermal and acoustic testing, including thermocouple installation and wind tunnel operation.
• Hardware engineering experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office for test reports and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
