We are seeking passionate educators to join a dynamic organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact within your local community, working flexibly and creatively to support vulnerable learners.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils across KS1-KS5 referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with special educational needs.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, with a focus on SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and creating a safe learning environment.
