Job Description

JLL Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for engineering and specialized technology roles. You will partner with hiring managers and leaders, source and attract passive talent, guide interviews and offers, and use recruiting metrics and market insights to improve talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from outreach through offer for technical positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand roles and develop hiring strategies.
Proactively source passive candidates and build diverse talent pipelines.
Coordinate interviews and hiring decisions with panels, managers, and leaders.
Drive offer development and negotiation in partnership with HR and hiring teams.
Track recruiting metrics and market trends to improve processes and talent acquisition practices.
