Role: HCM Application Management Services (AMS)Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HCM AMS Consultant to providefunctional application support, maintenance, and continuous improvementservices for Oracle HCM Cloud applications. The consultant will be responsiblefor incident resolution, service request management, system configuration,quarterly release support, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring adherence toagreed service levels. The specific HCM modules in scope will be definedseparately.

Modules: Core HR, absence, recruitment, learning,Talent and succession, performance and goals, Compensation, AI Studio

Key Responsibilities

• ProvideL2/L3 functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
  
• Analyze,troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests withinSLA timelines.
  
• Performimpact assessment, configuration changes, testing, and deployment ofapproved enhancements.
  
• SupportOracle quarterly release analysis, regression testing, and productiondeployment activities.
  
• Conductroot cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanentsolutions.
  
• Collaboratewith business users, HR stakeholders, and technical teams to ensureseamless service delivery.
  
• Prepareoperational reports, service metrics, and governance updates.
  
• Identifyopportunities for automation, process improvements, and serviceoptimization.
  
• Participatein knowledge management activities and maintain support documentation.
  

Required Skills

• Strongexperience in Oracle HCM Cloud Application Support and Maintenance.
  
• Goodunderstanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Managementprocesses.
  
• Experienceworking in AMS/Managed Services environments with SLA-driven support.
  
• Strongtroubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Experiencein testing, release management, and quarterly patch validation.
  
• Excellentcommunication and documentation skills.
