Are you looking to take the next step in your IT Service Management career? We are partnering with a well-established organisation seeking two Junior ITSM Support Analysts to support and enhance key ITIL service management processes within a secure environment.
These permanent positions offer the opportunity to work closely with operational and technical teams, driving process improvement and service delivery outcomes across critical ICT services.
Change, Release & Configuration Experience

• Support and maintain Change Management processes
• Assist with Release Management activities and governance
• Contribute to Configuration Management and CMDB accuracy
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and compliance uplift

Incident & Request Management Experience

• Support Incident and Major Incident Management processes
• Monitor and report on service performance and trends
• Assist with Request Management workflows and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with service desk and operational teams to improve customer outcomes

About You

• Experience supporting ITSM or ITIL-based environments
• Understanding of core ITSM disciplines such as Change, Incident, Release, Configuration or Request Management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to work within a secure government or enterprise environment

Essential Requirements

• Current NV2 Security Clearance
• 2 Years experience
• Ability to work onsite in Canberra
