Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Administrator to manage, configure, maintain, and support the Siemens Teamcenter PLM environment. The candidate will be responsible for user administration, system configuration, access management, deployments, troubleshooting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Siemens Teamcenter PLM environments.
Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and access controls.
Configure Teamcenter preferences, workflows, business rules, and organizational structures.
Support Teamcenter installations, configurations, upgrades, and patches.
Monitor Teamcenter system performance and troubleshoot application issues.
Manage Teamcenter environments such as Development, Test, QA, and Production.
Support Active Workspace (AWC) administration and configuration.
Manage BMIDE deployments and Teamcenter configuration changes.
Support Teamcenter integrations with CAD, ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.
Perform system health checks, backups, and environment maintenance.
Troubleshoot user, application, database, and integration issues.
Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams.
Support production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.
Follow PLM security, access, change management, and deployment standards.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience administering Siemens Teamcenter.
Experience with Teamcenter user, group, role, and access management.
Knowledge of Teamcenter configuration, preferences, workflows, and administration.
Experience with Teamcenter BMIDE and deployments.
Knowledge of Active Workspace (AWC).
Experience supporting Teamcenter environments and production applications.
Knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and application components.
Experience troubleshooting Teamcenter performance and system issues.
Knowledge of Teamcenter database administration/support.
Experience with CAD/ERP/MES integrations.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
