About the Role
The CTO Infrastructure Strategy & Execution organization is seeking an experienced professional to support the financial planning, investment management, and vendor-related processes associated with enterprise infrastructure technology.
In this role, you will partner directly with infrastructure leaders, finance advisors, and senior executives to manage technology investments across a portfolio of approximately 80 vendors, including major infrastructure technology providers such as IBM.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate budgets, effective investment governance, timely renewals, and well-prepared executive investment requests. This position combines financial analysis, technology investment management, executive communication, and process improvement.
This is not a sourcing lead or sourcing specialist role. The primary focus is managing and supporting the financial and investment processes surrounding infrastructure technology vendors.
What You'll Do

• Manage and support infrastructure technology budgeting, forecasting, investment, and financial governance processes.
• Review and process vendor invoices, renewals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and investment requests.
• Help ensure P&L accuracy by partnering with finance advisors and technology stakeholders to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate investment approval processes, including gathering business and technical requirements from infrastructure teams.
• Develop clear, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and investment proposals that articulate business needs, financial impacts, and technology requirements.
• Work directly with CIO, CxO, and senior infrastructure leadership throughout investment review and approval processes.
• Conduct statement reviews and support upcoming vendor and contract renewals.
• Partner closely with infrastructure teams to gather the information required to develop business cases and presentations supporting vendor investments.
• Collaborate with finance advisors to validate budgets, forecasts, investment assumptions, and financial information.
• Support investment management activities across a portfolio of approximately 80 technology vendors.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and improve vendor investment, renewal, and approval processes.
• Maintain strong organization and governance across multiple concurrent investments, renewals, SOWs, and executive deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure budget management, financial planning, technology finance, or technology investment management.
• Strong understanding of budget forecasting, financial analysis, P&L management, and financial governance processes.
• Experience reviewing and managing Statements of Work (SOWs), contract renewals, invoices, and approval workflows.
• Experience preparing financial or investment materials for executive and senior leadership audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate financial information and identify risks or discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
• Working knowledge of enterprise software, infrastructure, or technology environments.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear business cases, financial impacts, and executive-level presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a large-scale enterprise technology or infrastructure organization.
• Experience with technology investment planning, vendor management, procurement, or technology finance.
• Experience managing financial processes across a large portfolio of technology vendors.
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or planning tools.
• Demonstrated experience developing executive-level investment presentations and business cases.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technology, finance, procurement, and senior leadership teams.
• Track record of improving or standardizing financial, vendor, renewal, or investment-management processes.

You will be able to take complex infrastructure requirements and financial information, organize them into a compelling investment case, and confidently support conversations with senior technology leadership.
You will bring strong financial discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple vendor investments while continuously identifying ways to make the overall investment process more efficient.
