Technical PMO Change Management

Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical PMO with Change Management experience to support the execution and governance of an already-established change management program. The candidate will coordinate technology initiatives, stakeholders, readiness activities, reporting, and change adoption across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track change initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate with IT, business, engineering, and operations stakeholders.
• Support change impact assessments, readiness, communications, and adoption activities.
• Maintain PMO governance, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Facilitate status meetings, governance reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Track change readiness and follow up on outstanding actions and deliverables.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and escalate them appropriately.
• Support post-implementation tracking and transition to business-as-usual.
• Ensure adherence to the client's existing change management process and governance framework.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Technical PMO, IT Project Management, or Change Management.
• Strong experience with enterprise technology projects and change initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with change impact, readiness, stakeholder management, communication, and adoption.
• Strong PMO skills.
• Experience working with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.

Preferred

• Prosci / ADKAR or ITIL experience.
• Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting large-scale IT transformation programs.
