Operations Manager (m/f/d) Vehicle Glass | Rosenheim, Germany | Hybrid We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead a team of experts in vehicle glass repair and replacement. The Role • Manage technical and operational aspects of the service center, ensuring adherence to company standards. • Oversee daily operations, including job scheduling and customer service from intake to vehicle return. • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Handle customer consultations, invoicing, and cash management. • Ensure quality control, inventory management, and audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with several years of professional experience (e.g., automotive master, mechanic, mechatronics technician). • Willingness to obtain the required certification or already be a certified Operations Manager (HWK). • Valid driver's license - Class B. • Strong customer service, communication, and administrative skills. • Proficient in PC usage and fluent in German. • Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trusting collaborations.
