Role: PeopleSoft Administrator
Location: Arlington, VA — On-site
Duration: Long-Term Contract Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to support mission-critical Federal Government systems. The role will focus on PeopleSoft administration, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing system support.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and support PeopleSoft HCM and related modules.
Support system maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization.
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with technical/functional teams.
Support integrations, data validation, testing, and system monitoring.
Assist with requirements analysis, documentation, user support, and training.
Ensure solutions meet Federal Government and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience administering or supporting PeopleSoft applications.
Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleTools, configuration, architecture, and integrations.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Financials.
Knowledge of PUM, Integration Broker, Application Engine, and PTF.
Experience with PeopleTools/HCM upgrades.
Federal Government or DoD PeopleSoft experience.
