Role Description:We are seeking an experienced, onsite Windchill Administrator cum Support Specialist to deliver L1 and L2 application support for the customer’s Windchill PLM landscape.
The role is customer co-located in the USA and is responsible for day-to-day application administration, incident and service-request resolution within defined SLAs, environment stability across Test and Production, and knowledge management.
