The Role

• Deliver exceptional, service-oriented consultations to engage customers and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and appealing store presentation.
• Creatively and effectively implement sales promotion initiatives.
• Actively participate in all store operations, including restocking, pricing, and cashier duties.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a background in retail education with some prior professional experience, or a motivated career changer with enthusiasm.
• Demonstrated friendliness, enjoyment of customer interaction, and an independent, efficient work ethic.
• Strong team spirit, flexibility, and a high degree of reliability.
