Change a life!! Behavior Technician (RBT) | Scotch Plains, NJ 07076

Breaking news from the playroom: the kids have formed a union. Their demands are simple: more high-fives, more bubbles, and at least three more BTs to keep up with their relentless progress. Negotiations are ongoing. We are, frankly, outnumbered. 🫡

We’re a team in Scotch Plains using fun, play-based ABA therapy to help kids build communication, social, and life skills. Your job? Show up, bring the energy, and be the reason a kid has a breakthrough moment their whole family will remember.

🪧 Your Role on the Picket Line (a.k.a. What You’ll Do)

• Work one-on-one with kids through play-based, personalized sessions
• Celebrate every win, including the tiny, hilarious ones
• Track progress and team up with a supportive clinical crew
• Make a real, lasting difference for local families

🎁 The Benefits Package (Non-Negotiable, According to the Kids)

• Competitive pay that reflects your skills and growth
• Paid training and mentorship, because nobody should face a tiny negotiator alone
• A team that has your back (and your snacks)
• Career growth toward BCBA and beyond
• Work you’ll actually want to talk about at dinner

✅ You’re Our Person If You…

• Have energy, patience, and a big heart
• Love working with kids (and can handle a tough audience)
• Are RBT-certified, or are willing to get certified (we’ll help!)
• Want a career, not just a paycheck
