We're recruiting a Rockstar Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who knows that not all victories happen on the scoreboard. Some happen one high-five, one successful transition, and one very big feeling at a time.

🏈 THE SCOUTING REPORT: KNOW YOUR PLAYER

• Starting Lineup: One awesome 4-year-old male player.
• Playing Style: Verbal, highly communicative, and full of personality.
• Game Strategy: Needs a supportive teammate with the skills and patience to help navigate moderate-to-severe behavioral challenges.
• Home Field Advantage: Direct, in-person sessions at the client's home in Putnam Valley, NY 10579.
• Official Language: English, with bonus points for understanding the highly sophisticated negotiation tactics of a clever 4-year-old.

🏅 THE PLAYBOOK: WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This isn't your average nine-to-five. Consider yourself the MVP of Team Development!

Your position responsibilities include:

• Running the Plays: Implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Translation: Helping a little human learn the skills to navigate a world that doesn't always play fair.
• Keeping Score: Collecting behavioral data. Yes, you'll literally be counting things. And no, counting to ten doesn't always mean the game is over.
• Celebrating the Wins: Reinforcing positive behaviors. Sharing? TOUCHDOWN! Smooth transition? CHAMPIONSHIP MATERIAL! Functional communication? SOMEBODY GET THE TROPHY!
• Playing Defense: Staying calm, consistent, and composed when emotions enter overtime.
• Building Team Chemistry: Creating a positive, supportive relationship while helping your player build meaningful new skills.

The Game Schedule:

• 25 hours per week.
• After-school hours.
• Consistent weekly playing time!

• Has a background in psychology, education, ABA, or simply possesses the rare ability to remain exceptionally understanding when things get interesting.
• Understands that progress isn't always a straight line. Sometimes it's a victory lap, sometimes it's a timeout, and sometimes it's just surviving the first quarter.

RBT certification preferred/required as applicable. Experience with higher-intensity behavioral needs is a major plus.
