Head of Digital & E Commerce Growth (ANZ)

Sephora is seeking a Head of Digital to lead the AU/NZ e commerce strategy, driving growth and customer experience for its largest store across ANZ. You will own revenue targets, optimize performance across digital touchpoints and guide major campaigns in a fast paced environment.

You will build and develop a high performing team, partner with regional colleagues, and continuously innovate the online journey to deliver exceptional shopping experiences across beauty and fashion categories.
