Job Description
Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable IT resource to coordinate simple to complex tasks and provide onsite/on call assistance to end users. The role focuses on timely resolution within a desktop computing environment to ensure optimal service delivery and user satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Level 1/2 desktop support, strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting, AD and PowerShell knowledge, and familiarity with Office 365 and Outlook.
