Role Scope / Deliverables:  

• Gather requirements, design, develop and deploy voice solutions in Genesys Cloud
• Document call flows  
• Integrate Salesforce.com to enable call-to-case and email-to-case functionalities
• Build custom APIs for Salesforce integration
• Troubleshoot complex issues

Key Skills: 

• 5+ years of Genesys Cloud Architect
• 3+ years API integration and custom development
• 5+ years of experience with CX Cloud for Salesforce and CTI Connector products  
• 5+ years of experience with screen-pop functionalities
• 5+ years of experience with out of box and custom analytics capabilities
• 5+ years of experience with Workforce Management  
• Ability to deliver the project and operate under tighter timelines
