Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and gameplay support to the global Gaming & Esports community via live chat, email, and social media.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to game performance, connectivity, and account security for French-speaking players.
• Maintain an in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of game mechanics, patches, and tournament events to assist users effectively.
• Collaborate with developers and community managers to report emerging trends, bugs, or player feedback from the francophone market.
• Foster a positive player experience by maintaining professional, empathetic, and culturally relevant communication.
• Engage with the Gaming & Esports ecosystem by contributing to forum discussions and supporting local events where applicable.
• Meet and exceed performance KPIs to qualify for your monthly performance bonus.

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Strong English proficiency to navigate internal systems and team communications.
• Valid EU passport or a valid Bulgarian work permit.
• A genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry is highly desirable.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a player-first mindset.
• Availability for rotating shifts as required by the global nature of the industry.
